Your pets enjoy personalised overnight care, following their familiar routines with feeding, walks, play, and gentle companionship. Meanwhile, your home is cared for with discretion and attention, so you can relax knowing your loved ones are safe, happy, and truly at ease.

• Tailored walks suited to your dog’s routine, pace, and energy levels
• Personalised feeding aligned with established schedules and dietary needs
• Fresh water refreshed regularly throughout the day
• Pet waste management/litter tray maintenance

Care Alignment Visit - Meet & Greet (FREE)
We visit your home to meet your pet(s), understand your specific needs, and gather details for your personalised ‘Pet Peace of Mind’ holiday plan.
Quotation, agreement and booking confirmation
Once you receive your personalised quote and are ready to proceed, your booking is secured with a $50 non-refundable booking fee.
You’ll then receive a confirmation email with your invoice and service summary, followed by a welcome email with access to our client portal where you can:
1. Complete your pet and household profile
2. Sign the Service Agreement
3. Submit required care information
This ensures we’re fully prepared to provide thoughtful, personalised care for your pets.
Comfort & Security Meet - Key Handover & Final Check (Free)
This meeting takes place on the week of your trip.
We reconnect with your pet, collect the key(s) & any controls (if necessary), and confirm any final details.
Note: Please provide a small bag of your pet’s treats, which provides comfort for both the pet and us when we enter the home in your absence.
Date of Service - Direct Handover for smooth transition
At Posh Paws, we understand how important it is to ensure a seamless transition for both your pets and your home. To minimise stress for your animals and to ensure a safe and smooth handover, we require a direct handover whenever possible (especially for new clients).
This means that we will arrive at your home 30 minutes prior your departure to go over any last-minute details, familiarise ourselves with your pet’s routine, and ensure a comfortable handover.
This process helps your pets feel at ease seeing us with you, reinforcing trust and reducing unnecessary anxiety. It also ensures I can safely enter your property without concern while you’re away.
Payment
On the day your stay begins, the remaining balance will be seamlessly processed using your securely stored payment method, allowing your service to commence with ease.
You return from your trip to an orderly home and happy, well cared for pets
Preparing your home for return -
To ensure you return to a clean and tidy home:
All utilised areas will be respectfully cleaned using your preferred household equipment
Used towels and bed linen will be removed and placed in your laundry area ready for washing
Your return home -
To support a smooth and stress-free transition, we will contact you 24 hours prior to your expected arrival to confirm final details.
Depending on your preference, you may choose from the following options:
1. Key handover option: Keys can be left in a secure location or with a trusted neighbour. We can depart on the morning of your arrival or once you confirm you are boarding and travelling on schedule.
2. Welcome home option: If preferred, we can remain with your pet(s) until you arrive home and quietly depart once you are settled.
